New 40-year old shoes, deer saliva, and a visit to Rexburger

We went to Rexburg this past weekend to visit the Weimer fam and just had a splendid time. I love going there because we get to lounge around in a beautiful home with a pool table(bet you didn't know Brandy and I are pool sharks did ya? Well, now you do.), a wonderful cook(Brandy's mom), and great peeps. We always play games at night and do fun activities during the day.

This visit we went to BEAR WORLD. If you're headed up in the Rexburg direction I highly recommend Bear World. I always thought it was a strange thing to have in Rexburg, Idaho, but I'm so glad we finally got to go. You get to feed bears, see wolfs, deer, buffalo, elk, mountain goats, moose, birds, etc. There's a petting zoo there where you can feed deer and pet them. I was weary at first, but they are seriously like big dogs. They lick the food out of your hand. So cute! My absolute favorite part of the place was seeing the bab
y bears. They are adorable and tiny(8 lbs!)

We also spent time with Brandy's grandparents, who are all super nice. All my gparents are gone so I love having Brandy's to share. Anyways, Brandon's grandma told me she had some old shoes she was getting rid of, and asked if I'd like to go through them. I was excited and jumped at the chance. After going through about 25 pairs, I was astonished. She had all these hip flats, wedges, and sexy high heels that had barely been or never been worn. I wanted about 12 pairs, but only 6 fit me. What a good visit we had!

I love deer!

Feeding the bears!
